IT Support Technician (Qatar)
Location : VaporVM Communications and Information Technology
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users across Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform device imaging, user onboarding, and IT asset management activities.
- Log, triage, and resolve support tickets in line with defined SLA / OLA targets .
- Support Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings or events , ensuring smooth technical operations.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
- Enforce and promote cybersecurity best practices and hygiene policies among users.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles.Hands‑on experience with Windows OS , Office 365 , and common ticketing systems .Strong understanding of hardware setup, troubleshooting, and network connectivity .Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred.Excellent customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).#J-18808-Ljbffr
