This role involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across all departments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance
• Set up user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data recovery
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
