Overview

Guest Relations Concierge The Guest Relations Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests at a luxury property in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This role requires an individual who is fluent in English and has a passion for delivering personalized experiences to guests from various backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area

Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of guest issues

Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using hotel software systems

Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for guests

Requirements

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Positive attitude and team player mentality

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
