Entry-Level Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and surrounding areas Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or transportation services Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Assist with luggage handling and storage Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on any complaints or concerns Perform other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements

Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus) Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time We offer
