Overview

Concierge - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Preference for Pakistani Nationals) We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality or customer service and will possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

Provide efficient and friendly guest services to customers. Greet guests upon arrival, assist with inquiries, and help with luggage. Maintain the front desk area and respond to guests' requests in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met in a professional manner. Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work autonomously. Nationality : Pakistani nationals preferred; however, any nationality may apply. English language proficiency is not required for this role. Candidates who hold their own visa are preferred. A college or university degree is preferred but not necessary for this position.
