Concierge Assistant (Indian / Malayalee) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian / Malayalee Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling special requests Respond to guest inquiries and recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities Arrange transportation or reservations for guests as needed Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Assist with luggage handling when needed Requirements :

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 12th pass certificate required Willing to work without accommodation provided Valid visa and ticket to be provided by the company We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
