Graduate Concierge for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Handle reservations, room upgrades, special requests, and other guest inquiries Maintain accurate records of guests' preferences and ensure all information is up-to-date Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and any other guest needs Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Follow all safety procedures to ensure the security of guests' belongings Qualifications

Indian nationality preferred Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is required Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests' needs Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once Salary and Benefits
