Spa Concierge

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is looking for a Spa Concierge to join our Spa team. Located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha, within walking distance to Souq Waqif, the Museum of Islamic Art, and the business district, West Bay. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties : Assist in the operations of all spa & wellness areas as required, including : Spa Reception Salon & Barber Reception Spa Retail Area Boutique Consultation Lounge Spa Suites Arrival Spa Thermal & Changing facilities Tea Lounges Fitness & Wellness Maintain the cleanliness of the Spa, especially the changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, fitness and wellness areas, spa suites, and pool, in accordance with safety, soundness, and sustainability standards. Aid therapists in setting up treatments and clearing away afterward. Ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen. Organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability while prioritizing guest needs. Be a team player and assist all spa and hotel colleagues when necessary. Perform opening and closing duties as required. Have a thorough understanding of Spa Soft, all treatments and services offered in the Spa & Wellness division, and all retail products. Maintain good telephone etiquette and skills. Display a professional attitude, especially regarding punctuality, appearance, and manners. We expect from you as a Spa Concierge : Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment. Preferably, hotel school graduates. Senior School qualification or equivalent. Experience in a 5-star hotel environment is advantageous. Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage. Good knowledge of computer systems is essential.
