Hotel Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to lead and manage a diverse team. As an Indian national, you will bring cultural understanding and knowledge to our establishment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff members, ensuring high quality service is provided at all times
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners
