Role Responsibilities : Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure, and apply rate management. Assist guests with cancellations or modifications of reservations. Process and confirm guest reservations via phone or email. Process payments and send reservation confirmations via email. Stay updated on hotel promotions and follow procedures for reservations, rates, and hotel facilities. Qualifications : Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred. At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
