Job Summary :
An expanding team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organization. Specifically, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs while managing budgets, resources, and project timelines. In addition, the L&D Manager will be responsible for identifying learning needs, creating effective learning strategies, and ensuring the delivery of impactful training solutions to enhance employee skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement learning and development (L&D) strategies that support both organizational goals and employee growth.
- Work closely with leaders and key stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and align training efforts with business objectives.
- Build employee capability by designing and delivering in-person training, e-learning courses, and interactive workshops.
- Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring smart use of resources and maximizing the impact of learning programs.
- Support career growth through mentorships, development programs, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Measure training success using feedback, assessments, and key performance metrics. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enhance delivery, track progress, and report on outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams, especially with HR and department heads, to keep programs aligned with evolving needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and modern learning practices to continuously improve the learning culture.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience in Learning and Development or related roles, with a strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and organizational development.Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Budgeting and resource management experience.Expertise in using learning technologies such as LMS, e-learning development tools, and virtual training platforms.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships across departments.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Self-driven and proactive with a passion for employee development and continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
