Hotel Manager As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel in Doha, Qatar. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require fluency in English. It is a full-time job with free visa and ticket provided. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams Ensure high quality standards are maintained in all aspects of the hotel, including cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service Monitor financial performance of the hotel and make strategic decisions to increase profitability Oversee the marketing and sales efforts to attract new guests and maintain relationships with current clients Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations Requirements
Must be an Indian national with no specific English language requirements Prior experience as a Hotel Manager is not necessary but preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and other stakeholders Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Benefits
