We are seeking a qualified

Hotel Manager

to oversee all hotel operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance. Train and manage staff to deliver high-quality service. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Develop strategies to improve hotel profitability. Create and manage departmental budgets. Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Manage reservations and ensure accurate bookings. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in Qatar is preferred. Salary :

$1800 per month. This is a full-time position offering visa sponsorship. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian nationals.
