Hotel Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality throughout the hotel
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotelExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse teamStrong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantageKnowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera)Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, revenue management principlesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredFemale candidates are encouraged to applySalary : This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
