Hotel Manager for Indian Applicants in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all departments within the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback surveys and take appropriate action to address any issues.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements :

Salary :

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
