Overview
Hotel Manager position in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking Indian candidates with a strong background in hotel management for a contract basis. Per government regulations, the candidate must have a valid biometric passport. Responsibilities
Oversee all operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and increase profitability Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service to guests Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred) Experience working in a luxury hotel setting is highly desired Knowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry is an advantage This is a contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
