Acquisition & Onboarding Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and onboarding new drivers, vehicle owners, and partners.
• Managing documentation, training, and activation processes for drivers.
• Coordinating with the operations and tech teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Execute targeted acquisition campaigns through direct visits, referrals, events, and digital channels.
• Promote Rafeeq benefits, incentive plans, and earning opportunities to potential partners.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of drivers and vehicles for continuous supply growth.
• Manage the driver and vehicle onboarding process end-to-end — registration, documentation, verification, and activation.
• Verify all mandatory documents including QID, Driving License, Vehicle Registration, Insurance, and Vehicle Permits.
• Ensure all onboarded drivers and vehicles meet Rafeeq’s quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct orientation and training sessions for new drivers on app usage, service standards, and company policies.
• Ensure every onboarded driver understands handling, customer service, and incentive structures.
• Gather feedback from new partners and recommend process improvements for smoother onboarding.
• Maintain continuous engagement with existing drivers and suppliers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Support communication between the operations team and drivers on key updates, policy changes, or promotions.
• Maintain detailed records of onboarding status, acquisition performance, and documentation compliance.
• Track weekly / monthly KPIs including driver acquisition targets, active driver ratio, onboarding efficiency.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize acquisition efforts.
