We are seeking a proactive Cards Portfolio Officer to support credit card lifecycle activities and drive targeted campaigns for customer engagement. This role involves cross-functional coordination, reporting, and continuous product enhancement to improve card performance and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end card portfolio activities including acquisition, retention, and spend activation
- Coordinate and execute customer segmentation campaigns across multiple communication channels
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track business performance and campaign outcomes
- Support UAT testing and ensure smooth implementation of new features or product upgrades
- Liaise with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Frontline teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal governance
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with customer lifecycle management and campaign executionKnowledge of QCB regulations and operational compliance practicesQualifications
