Position : Sales Manager
Location : Doha, Qatar
Salary Package : QAR 8,000 – 10,000 per month
Language Requirement : Must speak Arabic (fluent)
Other Requirement : Must hold a valid QID in Qatar
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales activities of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills in Arabic, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase room occupancy, banquet sales, and conference bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Achieve revenue targets and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and client retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written); English proficiency is an advantage.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Must currently hold a valid QID (Qatar ID) .Knowledge of the Qatar hospitality market and corporate client network is highly desirable.Compensation & Benefits
