Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar
We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales team in achieving company goals and targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)Must be willing to work flexible hours as neededSalary
