Job title : Sales Manager. Location : Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer base and grow revenue within the assigned area of responsibility. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers; maintain existing customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and monitor customer service levels. Generate sales reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies. Develop promotional materials and campaigns. Train and manage sales staff, including setting targets and reviewing performance. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently under pressure. Fluency in Arabic is preferable but not required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
