Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Oracle Hyperion Functional Consultant. The OracleHyperion Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in thedevelopment and execution of the companys strategic plans andbudgets. KeyResponsibilities : Leadrequirements gathering sessions workshops meeting etc. tounderstand business requirement and configure the system in linewith the business requirements. Conduct CRP andSprint session with business owners Documentrequirements and translate requirements toapplication Develop and maintainfinancial planning budgeting and forecastingmodels. Work closely withtechnical consultants to perform data integration and validationprocesses. Develop business and applicationdocuments to meet the requirement of theclient. Manage documentations and deliverablesrelated to Hyperion Planning andBudgeting Design and configure Oracle HyperionPlanning applications. Develop and maintainbusiness rules Develop and maintain task listscalculation scripts and reports to support business requirementsfor planning cycles and reporting goals in HyperionPlanning. Manage Hyperion Essbase PlanningStrategy Finance SmartView DRM andReporting. Design and maintain all Hyperionfinancial reports Provides support andfunctional assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view forPlanning and Essbase / Reporting. Conducts useracceptance testing and involved in every phase ofimplementation. Conduct training sessions forendusers to enhance their proficiency. Ensurethe accuracy and integrity of financial data within HyperionPlanning. Stay updated with the latest HyperionPlanning features and bestpractices. Experience working in ateamorientated environment. Havingstrong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellentcommunication Qualifications : Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a relatedfield. 5 years of experience with OracleHyperion Planning applications. Strongunderstanding of financial modeling financial planning budgetingand forecasting processes. Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively with crossfunctionalteams. Effective communication skills bothverbal and written. Experience with dataintegration and validation.
