Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a Digital Media team of 6 (5 onsite, 1 remote) across social, web, design, and production.
• Own the integrated content calendar to deliver coordinated and impactful outputs.
• Act as primary creative lead across digital channels, defining tone, style, and messaging.
• Oversee paid media creative direction, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Ensure quality, innovation, and brand consistency across platforms.
• Drive planning for major global events, campaigns, and high-profile moments.
