Head of Social | Doha, Qatar
We’re looking for an inspiring, strategic, and culturally sharp Head of Social to lead the social media vision for one of Qatar’s most dynamic creative agencies.
This is a pivotal role for someone who lives and breathes creativity, culture, and storytelling and can turn insight into social-first ideas that move audiences and build brands.
What you’ll do :
- Define and lead the agency’s social vision, embedding social thinking into every creative brief and campaign.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy leads to craft bold, platform-first ideas that deliver measurable impact.
- Serve as the senior social consultant for key clients — shaping strategy, creative, and community approaches.
- Oversee storytelling, content creation, and campaign delivery across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Push creative boundaries through experimentation, AI tools, influencer collaborations, and emerging formats.
- Mentor and develop a talented team of social specialists, content creators, and community managers.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and creative excellence.
What you’ll bring :
10+ years in social or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a creative agency.Proven track record of delivering culturally relevant, award-winning campaigns.Deep understanding of storytelling, trends, and audience behavior across platforms.Confident working with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver integrated work.Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills.Passion for culture, creativity, and the evolving power of social media.#J-18808-Ljbffr
