Housekeeping Manager Vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervision of staff. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards. Develop and maintain an inventory system for housekeeping supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns. Maintain communication with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Monitor housekeeping budget and control costs through efficient use of resources. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new procedures or initiatives for improving cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization. Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
