Housekeeping Manager for Egyptian Nationals in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations for our hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. This position is specifically open to Egyptian nationals. Overview

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication with guests and staff. Responsibilities

Create and implement cleaning schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Train, supervise, and develop housekeeping staff to meet standards and improve performance. Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to support operations. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies. Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar housekeeping leadership role. Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Thorough understanding of housekeeping best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Fluency in English is not required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar or with prior experience working in the country. Benefits
