Housekeeping Manager We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met Respond to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services Develop and implement cleaning procedures to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest room turnover and special requests Monitor budget expenditures for the housekeeping department Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment We offer a competitive salary of 1400$, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
