Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of housekeeping operations and should be able to manage a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all staff follow proper hygiene, safety, and security protocols. Inspecting rooms and public areas regularly to ensure that they are clean and tidy. Scheduling staff shifts in order to meet the demands of the hotel. Supervising and training housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and standards. Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner. Ordering supplies as necessary for the housekeeping department. Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and strong customer service skills. Experience managing a team is essential. Fluency in English (or other languages).
