Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said, Qatar. We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, and uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as needed Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms meet cleanliness standards Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth operation of the property Develop and implement training programs for new housekeeping staff members Maintain records of expenses, budgets, and payroll for the department Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication skills in English Attention to detail with a hands-on approach Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Salary

The salary for this position is $900 per month. Location & Relocation

Location : Umm-Said, Qatar. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates. Additional Information

Preferred nationality : This position is open to Indian nationals who have relevant experience in housekeeping management.
