Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to effectively lead a team of housekeeping staff. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse group of employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management for housekeeping staff

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the property

Create and implement efficient cleaning procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement

Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services

Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in commercial settings

Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and guests from diverse backgrounds

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred

Salary : The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
