Administrator and HR

Job Summary We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrator HR Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and support human resource functions This role is ideal for someone who can manage office tasks efficiently while also contributing to employee engagement recruitment and HR compliance Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Manage office supplies and equipment including procurement and inventory Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Organize company events meetings and appointments Handle correspondence mail distribution and phone inquiries Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff Ensure the office environment is wellorganized and meets safety standards Human Resources Duties Assist in recruitment processes posting job ads screening CVs and scheduling interviews Prepare employment contracts onboarding documents and new hire orientations Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection laws Support payroll and attendance tracking Address employee queries about HR policies and procedures Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination Support in employee engagement and welfare activities Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field Proven experience in administrative or HR roles 2 4 years preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Familiarity with HR software e g BambooHR Zoho People etc is a plus Discretion and confidentiality Company Profile Dolphin Group established in 1992 stands as a testament to the power of vision collaboration and unwavering commitment Over the years we have transformed from a budding enterprise to a leading conglomerate in Qatar with a diversified portfolio that spans across multiple sectors Our growth narrative is not just about numbers but about the relationships we ve nurtured the partnerships we ve forged and the milestones we ve achieved
