• Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
• Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
