Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform general office tasks as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and processing payments
Qualifications
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitaskExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a teamBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferredFor this role, prior experience and strong English skills are not requiredCompensation and Benefits
