• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Qatar labour laws and healthcare industry standards.
• Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with DHP licensing and healthcare regulations.
• Handle conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace ethics.
• Drive training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Support workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
