Overview
Manage HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with Qatar labor regulations, requiring strong HR knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and onboard candidates for hard services roles, with strong recruitment skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and maintain candidate relationships while utilizing HR databases and systems.
- Manage recruitment lifecycle, maintain employee records, support HR policies, assist in performance management, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Define job requirements, prepare job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, and coordinate candidate interviews in talent acquisition.
- Manage full recruitment cycle, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding while sourcing diverse candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Manage HR operations, oversee recruitment, and build partnerships while demonstrating HR best practices in an educational setting.
- Support HR projects focusing on ERP implementation, AI-driven automation, and digital transformation, requiring strong HR and technology integration skills.
- The role involves supervising chemical plant operations, ensuring safety compliance, managing production schedules, and leading a team to drive efficiency.
- Deliver training and compliance programs (e.g., legal licensing, regulatory compliance, SAM registration) for logistics and related professionals, requiring strong facilitation and legal knowledge.
- Identify roles in marketing, luxury hospitality, real estate, banking, and other sectors requiring relevant domain knowledge, with emphasis on strategies, relationships, and process optimization.
- Lead operational improvement projects, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency in respective sectors (e.g., banking, hospitality, construction, manufacturing).
- Coordinate training in specialized areas (e.g., CISSP training, SAP BI, procurement, finance) and support preparation for certification exams.
- Supervise operations in hospitality and F&B settings, maintain standards, train staff, and ensure guest experiences meet luxury expectations.
Qualifications / Experience
Gulf experience preferred, with ability to adapt to local regulations and market practices.Strong HR knowledge, communication skills, and proficiency with HR databases and ERP / digital transformation tools.Experience in recruitment lifecycle management, onboarding, and employee relations across multi-disciplinary domains.Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and collaborate with hiring managers and departmental leaders.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.Note
