Responsible for the supervision,development and performance of the warehouse staffs (Supervisor,Material Controller, Store Keeper. Workers and equipment operator).Resolve performance issues among warehouse staffs supervisor,material controller and store keepers maintain a safe workenvironment and ensure that employees are following all rules andregulations. Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse operations toinclude inbound and outbound activities, inventory, data, issuingmaterials to subcontractors. To Manage consignment checks forexternal visible or suspected damages. To Manage quantity check andconformity with packaging list / purchase order and materialrequisition. To Manage the monitoring of condition of the goodsreceived. To Manage storage and preserve material as required bymaterial certificate and color coding. To Manage Laydown andWarehouse area an efficient storage to new items received fromsuppliers in making a rational use of the available space. Manage astock code to every object. To Manage resolution ofunidentified / over / short and damage reports. To ensure all warehousetransactions are properly recorded and updated accurately. Tomaintain proper records and documentation in place for overallwarehouse and laydown activities.Requirements : Bachelor in anydiscipline Preferably should have worked EPC oil &gaspetrochemical construction Minimum 5-7 years of experiencepreferably EPC Company or construction company for Material ControlCoordinator position. Preference : India, Nepal, Philippine,Pakistan due to Work visa.Job Location : Qatar
