JobDescription

An IT specialist is responsiblefor managing and maintaining an organization's IT systems,networks, software, and hardware. They ensure the smooth operationof IT resources to support business operations and improveefficiency.

• Supervise and mentor a team of ITprofessionals, including IT technicians, network administrators,and system analysts.
• Provide guidance,training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performanceand professional development.
• Manage the dailyoperations of the IT department, including system monitoring,troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure theavailability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure,networks, servers, and software applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades,migrations, installations, and softwareimplementations.
• Provide technical support andassistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networkissues.
• Develop and maintain IT supportdocumentation, user manuals, and knowledge basearticles.
• Monitor IT security threats,vulnerabilities, and incidents, and develop strategies to mitigaterisks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements, industry standards, and IT policies related to dataprivacy andsecurity.
