Weare seeking a strategic Enabling Services Leader to join our teamfor a major 5-year consulting program with a public sectororganization dedicated to the operation and maintenance of roadsand drainage assets. The Enabling Services Leader will reportdirectly to the Program Director and will be responsible foroverseeing transformational projects in key areas, including SupplyChain, Procurement, Program Management Office, People, andFinancial Management.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Leadership& Team Management
• Lead andmentor a cross-functional team of consultants and client personnelfocused on enabling services.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuousimprovement within the team.
• Project Development &
• Design and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency andeffectiveness of Supply Chain, Procurement, Program ManagementOffice, People, and Financial Managementfunctions.
• Oversee the oftransformational projects, ensuring alignment with clientobjectives and adherence to industry bestpractices.
• Monitor projectprogress, address challenges, and ensure projects are completed ontime and within budget.
• StakeholderEngagement
• Collaborate closely withclient stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities forimprovement across enablingservices.
• Provide regular updatesand presentations to the Program Director and client executives onproject status, insights, andoutcomes.
• Continuous Improvement& Innovation
• Stay currentwith trends and innovations in supply chain management,procurement, program management, human resources, and financialpractices.
