Job Purpose

• Takes care of the inbound logistics of finished goods for bothQatar & Kuwait ensuring that the SLA & inventoryaccuracy (IRA) targets are met.
• Performs dailylogistics administration tasks conformprocedures.
• Performs logistics &general administrative tasks, i.e. prepares and / or signs offlogistics documentation, maintain & support general officefiling etc.
• Assist in records and logmaintenance for inbound GRN, incoming invoices (PR & NPR),Freight inbound, internal movements trackersetc.
• Cooperate with 3rd party logisticsservices covering the provisions of warehousing and inbound customsclearance regarding inbound logistics and inventory / stockmanagement.
• Reports any safety or qualityissue related to inbound logistics processes and inventory / stockmanagement to Logistics Manager.
