Description

TheMunitions Foreman is the senior crew member responsible foroverseeing the receipts, storage, inspection, transport, andmaintenance of U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions and relatedresources at the site. This role involves operating the TheaterIntegrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2 whilesupervising assigned MunitionsTechnicians.

  • Intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions, and TechOrder systems
  • Proficient in using personalcomputers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel,Word)

  • Capability to evaluatetechnical skills and providetraining
  • Responsibilities

  • Observe and enforce all USAF and host nation explosives safety,AFOSH, and security standards
  • Up channelissues impacting munitions operations to Munitions Control andSuperintendent
  • Conduct all munitions workfollowing established quality processes and monitoroperations
  • Perform warehouse inventories andresolve serviceability and accountabilityissues
  • Prepare and configure munitionsshipments for various transportation methods
  • Operate assigned TICMS and conduct inspections on vehicles andequipment
  • Prepare and deliver general andexplosives safety briefings
  • Work necessaryhours to support mission requirements during peacetime andcontingency operations
