Executive Chef

Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar Executive Chef (Contract Job, with Accommodation) – Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the restaurant kitchen. The position is a contract role with accommodation provided. Preference is for an Indian national who speaks English, but applicants of other nationalities will be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop menus based on customer preferences.

Manage kitchen staff and assign tasks.

Ensure quality standards are met for all dishes.

Plan ingredient purchases according to budget.

Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Assist with recipe development and presentation of dishes.

Create new recipes to keep customers returning.

Monitor food costs and control expenditure.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.

Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Ability to lead a team of kitchen staff.

Preferred Nationality : Indian.
