We are a well-established restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Create work schedules for staff members based on business needs
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
