To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager for an Alcohol-Licensed Lounge in Abu Dhabi you will need to fulfill the following requirements : Lead and manage the lounge’s operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. Oversee the performance of the service and bar teams, providing training, mentorship, and support to maintain high-quality guest service. Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional food and beverage offerings. Maintain and enforce compliance with local alcohol licensing laws and health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and addressing feedback to enhance their experience. Drive profitability through effective cost management, optimizing resources, and developing innovative promotions to attract guests. Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak service times. Previous experience as a Restaurant or Lounge Manager in an alcohol-licensed establishment is essential. Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
