Responsible for overall planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all restaurant operations for continuous contribution and improvement in revenues and cost control. Responsibilities

Ensuring that the quality and standards of services are consistently maintained at the highest level, including operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the work areas. Taking full ownership of the general restaurant requirements as well as ensuring every aspect of brand standards and procedures. What we are looking for

Figurehead of the business and brand – real brand ambassador Currently holding a similar role in a restaurant which has an excellent reputation for food and service – cool well known and vibey operations Managing a large team in a premium brand – high volume, fast paced environment Strong experience in the GCC region and well-connected Personable, charismatic, highly presentable with Strong Customer Relations and excellent communication skills Salary package
