We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that showcases traditional Indian cuisine while incorporating modern techniques and flavors. Responsibilities
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Create and maintain a high-quality menu that reflects the culture and traditions of Indian cuisine Oversee the kitchen team and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection Train and develop kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food cost to ensure profitability Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times Requirements
Must be of Indian nationality with a strong understanding of traditional Indian cuisine Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and ability to create unique dishes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, food cost, and menu development Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards High school diploma or equivalent required No English language skills required. 12th pass candidates are welcome to apply.
