Executive Chef (Contract Job, with Accommodation) – Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the restaurant kitchen. The position is a contract role with accommodation provided. Preference is for an Indian national who speaks English, but applicants of other nationalities will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus based on customer preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff and assign tasks.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all dishes.
• Plan ingredient purchases according to budget.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist with recipe development and presentation of dishes.
• Create new recipes to keep customers returning.
• Monitor food costs and control expenditure.
