Our client is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations within their dynamic organization.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the financial activities of an esteemed healthcare facility. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and financial laws.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business initiatives and optimize financial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and external partners.

Qualifications and Experience :

Note : Indian or Filipino nationals only.

Salary package : 35,000 QR per month.
