We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health and providing strategic recommendations to the executive management team. This position requires a strong leader who can manage the finance department effectively while collaborating with other departments to support the company’s overall objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, providing insights and guidance to support business decisions.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the company’s financial risks by developing and implementing risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term financial goals and strategies aligned with the company’s mission.
- Ensure effective cash flow management and optimize the company’s financial performance.
- Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Preferred Candidate
