Hotel Manager

to lead the operations of one of our prestigious 5-star hotels under Assets Hospitality. You’ll be the driving force behind impeccable guest experiences, operational excellence, and a motivated, world-class team. What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily hotel operations : Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Guest Services. Maintain flawless service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint. Lead and inspire department heads to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional results. Drive profitability through smart cost control, revenue management, and operational efficiency. Implement brand standards, service audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent the hotel with professionalism across events, partnerships, and media. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in

Hospitality Management

or a related field. 8–10 years of hotel experience , including

at least 3 years in a leadership role

within a luxury or 5-star property. Proven success in guest satisfaction, financial performance, and staff development. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Proficiency in

Opera PMS, Micros, SAP and MS Office. Fluent in

English

(Arabic or other languages are a plus). Who You Are
