Hotel Manager City : Doha, Qatar We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Manage day-to-day hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality throughout the hotel Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new business opportunities Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera) Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, revenue management principles Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Female candidates are encouraged to apply Salary :
